What browser and operating system are you using? I have received a DJA about a week ago and it will not connect to my computer although all the light say it's online and working, when I troubleshoot, I just get - Windows cannot communicate with the device or resource primary DNS server. My T-voice handset doesn't work either but says looking for gateway. I still have my old saegcom which connects straight away and my T-voice handset pairs up with the modem with no problems.
